society has been de-spiritualized,

i seek to find where it has gone,

it lives in the rooms of recovery, 

floats by on the top of algae 

covered lakes, on carcasses 

of a deer slowly reclaimed 

to the earth, flies make 

a pilgrimage to it’s 

sacred body, moss 

covered stone 

bridges no 

longer

trampled 

by human feet, 

the sections of the 

world that are untouched 

by the painful existence of man,

sensitivity is a place and emotion 

is a reaction to a external force,

truth is what you think of when 

sitting next to a waterfall, 

drowning in the inside 

world, only left with 

yourself and the 

knowledge that 

cascades down,

it will never stop, 

time will always 

continue moving 

at it’s exact pace,

genius is a convicted 

feeling in the work 

you are doing, 

knowing that 

you are seeking 

an answer to that 

which has always 

been a question 

in your mind, 

an answer 

to the 

existence 

you were given, 

the circumstances 

and events that have 

brought you here today.
